In the event that you must cancel your rental booking we adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations occuring more than 21 days prior to your first night will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations occuring within 20 and 8 days prior to your first night will recieve a 50% refund.
• Cancellations occuring within 7 days prior to your first night are not eligible for a refund.
• In the event we are able to rent the property out after your cancellations you will receive a 90% refund for the days booked.
• Paradise Realty reserves the right to cancel rental bookings. If this need should arise we will work with you to find an alternate booking that fits your needs. If we are unable to accomodate you, we will issue a full refund.
