Paradise Realty provides rental advertising as a complimentary service to property owners. We do not act as a rental agent, property manager, or representative for either the property owner or the renter.
Our role is limited solely to advertising available rental properties and providing interested renters with the property owner’s contact information. All inquiries, bookings, rental agreements, payments, deposits, cancellations, property conditions, and any other arrangements are made directly between the renter and the property owner.
Paradise Realty does not receive any fees, commissions, or other compensation in connection with these rentals and is not a party to any rental agreement or transaction.
Property owners and renters are solely responsible for confirming all rental details and entering into their own rental arrangements.
Description: This two bedroom air-conditioned Park Model has Patio doors leading to a large covered deck with roll down screens all around, patio dining set along with a patio conversation set, BBQ and backyard fire pit area with chairs. The kitchen and living room have lots of natural light. There is a dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen and the living room has an electric fireplace and Queen sized pullout couch, TV and DVD. Master bedroom has a Queen size bed with a TV and DVD. The second bedroom has 48 inch bottom bunk – top bunk for storage only. New Bunkhouse shed with both a twin upper bunk and double bottom bed
