Description: This two bedroom air-conditioned  Park Model has Patio doors leading to a large covered deck with roll down  screens all around, patio dining set along with a patio conversation set, BBQ and backyard fire pit area with chairs.  The kitchen and living room have lots of natural light.  There is a dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen and the living room has an electric fireplace and Queen sized pullout couch, TV and DVD.  Master bedroom has a Queen size bed with a TV and DVD.  The second bedroom has 48 inch bottom bunk – top bunk for storage only. New Bunkhouse shed with both a twin upper bunk and bouble bottom bed – photos to come.

Being in Phase 1 (A loop), Unit #1034 is just steps  away from the Beach, Marina, General Store and guest parking.   It is close to the Restaurant, Indoor/Outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Games Room, Fitness Centre,  Kids Play Ground, Tennis /Pickle Ball and Volley Ball Courts and horse shoe pits.

Accommodates: Max 6 people. ( No more than 4 Adults ) Queen mattress in the master bedroom,  48 inch bottom bunk in 2nd bedroom, bunkhouse shed in yard with twin over double bunks.


Rent includes: All utilities and full access to all amenities. The golf course is open to the public. (Fees apply)

The golf course is only for paying customers. Please do not go on or cut across unless you are playing the course.

Linen service is a mandatory fee – $100.00 (one-time fee) & is paid upon arrival to the resort. You will not require to bring any linens. At the end of your stay you can leave all bedding, towels, blankets and we will take care of washing and replacing for you.  This does not include cleaning the cottage after your stay. It is only regarding linens.

Supplied: Kitchenware, linens, sheets, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cutlery, pots, pans, dinnerware set, bowls, linens, dish soap, various cleaning supplies, paper towel, toilet paper, blankets and pillows.(see under “Washer/dryer” for more info on linens)

Cancellation Policy: Renter will receive a full refund if they provide at least 21 days in advance or longer. If canceling between 14-20 days prior to arrival the renter will receive 50% refund. If within 0-13 days prior to arrival no refund will be given. If we are able to rent the property for those dates a refund will be given for the days it is re-booked. If this property sells before your check-in date, the booking will be canceled and you will be given a full refund.

Check out: Before 11am Renters are responsible to leave this cottage in the same condition as was when they arrived. A fee of $25.00 per hour will be charged for any extra cleaning that is required.
