Paradise Realty provides rental advertising as a complimentary service to property owners. We do not act as a rental agent, property manager, or representative for either the property owner or the renter.
Our role is limited solely to advertising available rental properties and providing interested renters with the property owner’s contact information. All inquiries, bookings, rental agreements, payments, deposits, cancellations, property conditions, and any other arrangements are made directly between the renter and the property owner.
Paradise Realty does not receive any fees, commissions, or other compensation in connection with these rentals and is not a party to any rental agreement or transaction.
Property owners and renters are solely responsible for confirming all rental details and entering into their own rental arrangements.

Accommodates: Max 6 people. ( No more than 4 Adults ) This fully furnished house comes with a master queen bed and a double in the 2nd bedroom. There is a pullout queen-sized couch in the living room and four twin bunkbeds in the bunkhouse. There is plenty of space for guests
Rent includes: All utilities and full access to all amenities. The golf course is open to the public. (Fees apply)

Check out: Before 11am Renters are responsible to leave this cottage in the same condition as was when they arrived. A fee of per hour will be charged for any extra cleaning that is required. Inquire for rates
