Linen service is available for a fee of $100.00(one-time fee) & is paid upon arrival to the resort. You will not be required to bring any linens. At the end of your stay, you can leave all bedding, towels, blankets and we will take care of washing and replace for you. Please email us to arrange for this service [email protected]. This does not include cleaning the cottage after your stay. It is only regarding linens.
Supplied: Kitchenware, linens, sheets, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cutlery, pots, pans, dinnerware set, bowls, linens, dish soap, various cleaning supplies, paper towel, toilet paper, blankets and pillows.(see under “Washer/dryer” for more info on linens)
Cancellation Policy: Renter will receive a full refund if they provide at least 21 days in advance or longer. If canceling between 14-20 days prior to arrival the renter will receive 50% refund. If within 0-13 days prior to arrival no refund will be given. If we are able to rent the property for those dates a refund will be given for the days it is re-booked.

Check out: Before 11am. Renters are responsible to leave this cottage in the same condition as was when they arrived. A fee of $25.00 per hour will be charged for any extra cleaning that is required.
